How "Call the recruiter" works

Every job post is assigned to a recruiter (set on the job when posting, or from the Jobs page). When a candidate clicks Call recruiter on the job page, the call rings that recruiter's WebCallHub app / browser. If they are offline or don't answer, it forwards to their personal phone (when one is set). Personal phone numbers are only dialled by the PBX — candidates never see them.

Recruiters sign in with the WebCallHub Android app (Google Play: WebCallHub) or at webcallhub.com/app/support using the email and password you set here, then toggle Online to receive calls.

Add recruiter

Creates a WebCallHub agent seat in the suomijobs workspace. The recruiter uses these details to sign in to the WebCallHub app and take calls from candidates.

This becomes their login for the WebCallHub app.
International format. Used as the call fallback when they are offline — never shown to candidates.
At least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number. They can change it later.
