• Candidate profiles: Name, email, phone, LinkedIn URL, CV file, skills, visa status, location preference, expected rate
• Job applications: Name, email, phone, cover message, resume URL
• Employer accounts: Company name, contact name, email, phone, website
• Contact messages: Name, email, subject, message body
• Authentication: Email, name, and profile picture from Google/GitHub OAuth (if used)
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via Cloudflare Analytics)

3. How We Use Your Data

• Match candidates with job opportunities
• Process job applications and notify employers
• Communicate with you about your application or listing
• Improve our services and website
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only with:

• Employers whose jobs you apply to (your application details)
• Our recruitment team (HSG IT USA LLC and HSG IT Services Oy)
• Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting/analytics), Google (authentication)

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

Candidate profiles and CVs are retained for 2 years from submission, unless you request deletion earlier. Job listings expire after 90 days. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@suomijobs.com.
