1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SuomiJobs (suomijobs.com), operated by HSG IT USA LLC and HSG IT Services Oy, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
SuomiJobs is an IT job portal connecting candidates with employers across the United States and Finland. The service includes job listings, candidate CV submission, employer job posting, and recruitment management tools.
3. User Accounts
Employer accounts require authentication via email, Google, or GitHub. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Admin accounts are provided to authorized HSG IT staff only.
4. For Candidates
- SuomiJobs is free for all candidates
- By submitting your CV, you consent to HSG IT recruiters reviewing your profile
- Your CV and profile may be shared with employers whose jobs you apply to
- You can request deletion of your data at any time
5. For Employers
- Your first job posting is free
- Job listings are reviewed before publication
- Misleading or fraudulent job listings will be removed
- You must have legal authority to post jobs on behalf of your company
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use SuomiJobs to: post discriminatory content, harvest candidate data for spam, misrepresent job opportunities, or violate any applicable laws.
7. Intellectual Property
SuomiJobs, its design, and content are owned by HSG IT USA LLC and HSG IT Services Oy. You retain ownership of content you submit (CVs, job listings).
8. Limitation of Liability
SuomiJobs is provided "as is." We are not liable for hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or damages arising from use of the service. We do not guarantee job placement.
9. Governing Law
For EU users: Finnish law applies (HSG IT Services Oy, Finland). For US users: Texas state law applies (HSG IT USA LLC, Austin, TX).
